Bermuda Heroes Weekend (BHW) is just around the corner, we hope you’re ready for the weekend of your lives. You and your friends simply cannot afford to miss out on this action and we at Party People Mas want to make sure that you have the most LIT experience ever.

Pricing Guidelines

  • Roundtrip flights range from $250 - $600 depending on your North American departure city.
  • For the best experience, the total cost of fetes from Friday to Monday will cost approximately $500
  • Party People Costume Packages start at $340, with T-Shirt Packages costing $250
  • Accommodation varies from $350 - $700 p/person, this cost is based on your specific needs to be honest.
  • Drinks/Food: most events are not all-inclusive so drinks can range from $6 - $10 and a solid foundation meal will set you back $10 - $15

For the average international patron participating with Party People Mas, the total cost is roughly $2,050. Not bad for a weekend you will never forget.

Party People Entertainment has partnered Absolute Bermuda as our all-inclusive concierge provider for BHW 2019. They have packages starting as low as $1500.00 per person they are here to make your life easy. Their all-inclusive packages are the most competitive in the market. They offer packages with flights, accommodation, fetes, transportation, and of course Party People costumes!

Frequently Asked Questions

1. How do I make additional payments/final payment?

To pay the remainder, go on the website log into your account on the top right of the page. Once you logged in, go to my account/ click on orders/ scroll down until you see your order number/ click on it/ once you click on it on the right hand side there should be a blue box that says Pay Remainder of the Balance. Click on it and the credit card payment method should pop up to pay the remainder of your package. The second option is to go to the Pop Up Shop and make a cash payment. Final deposit is due May 31st 2019.

2. What payment methods are in place for persons living abroad registering online?

Online payments can only be made via recognized credit card (Mastercard, Visa, or American Express). International Patrons can also send funds via Money Gram. Unfortunately Western Union is no longer available established in Bermuda.

3. Is the band all-inclusive (e.g. drinks, food, etc...)?

BHW currently has the right for all liquor sales and distribution on the road and in All “Village/ Rest/ Lunch” stop areas. Party People are awaiting the appropriate instructions from BHW before we inform patrons on the status of alcohol beverages.
Currently the band will provide NON-Alcoholic beverages and all packages include a meal and road snacks.

4. What is the band route?

Party People Mas can confirm that the Parade of Bands has been moved centrally to the City of Hamilton. We are still awaiting more information from BHW about the finalized parade route.

5. Do I have to pay 50% down to hold my costume.

This year we have reduced the minimum amount to hold your costume. However 50% of the costume has to be paid by April 6th to SECURE your order. If you do not pay the 50% deposit by April 6th you rescind your right to reserving a spot in and package in the band. All payments are non refundable.

6. Where can I register for the band?

We invite you to sign up on our website https://www.partypeopleent.com or at Pop Up Shop for cash payments.

7. I've purchased a costume from another masquerader....How do I transfer the costume to my name?

The original owner must provide the new owner with a signed letter authorizing the new owner to collect the costume on their behalf, accompanied by a copy of the original owner's ID. Alternatively the original owner can send an authorization email to costumeorders@partypeopleent.com from the email addressed attached to their costume.

8. When do I collect my costume?

Costumes will not be shipped out to your address. All costumes must be picked up during our costume distribution dates. The costume distribution schedule will be emailed to all masqueraders, and also posted to our Facebook and Instagram pages.

9. I missed my collection date - what do I do?

You can collect your costume on any day after your designated date, however priority is given to persons collected on their designated day.

10. What is the payment schedule and can I refund my order once paid?

This year there will be a minimum deposit to hold your order however 50% deposit must be paid by April 6th to SECURE your order. The remainder of the order must be paid by May 31st. If your remaining deposit package is not paid in full by the specified dates, Party People Entertainment has the right to sell your costume and keep your deposit. All payments are non refundable.
