1. What payment methods are in place for persons living abroad registering online?
Online payments can only be made via recognized credit card (Mastercard, Visa, or American Express). All online payments require a 50% deposit to secure the section of choice. International Patrons can also send funds via Western Union. Please send to Talia Braithwaite, Bermuda
2. Is the band all-inclusive (e.g. drinks, food, etc...)?
Unfortunately due to BHW holding the only liquor license, Party People Entertainment cannot provide alcohol for our patrons. We will however provide non alcoholic beverages and all packages includes a meal. Alcoholic beverages will be on sale by BHW on the road.
3. What is the band route?
The BHW Parade of Bands will be in St. George’s, starting from Longtail Aviation and ending at Clearwater Beach.
4. Where can I register for the band?
We invite you to sign up on our website www.partypeopleent.com or at The Oil Shop (Washington Mall) for cash payments. Cash payments of 50% will be accepted.
5. I've purchased a costume from another masquerader....How do I transfer the costume to my name?
The original owner must provide the new owner with a signed letter authorizing the new owner to collect the costume on their behalf, accompanied by a copy of the original owner's ID. Alternatively the original owner can send an authorization email to email@example.com from the email addressed attached to their costume.
6. When do I collect my costume?
The costume distribution schedule will be emailed to all masqueraders, and also posted to our Facebook and Instagram pages.
7. I missed my collection date - what do I do?
You can collect your costume on any day after your designated date, however priority is given to persons collected on their designated day.
8. Will Party People be offering a T-Shirt Package?
The Survivor Package is much more than a t-shirt package. It provides masqueraders that may not feel comfortable wearing a costume to also be a part of the experience while also having a quality product. Basic T-Shirts are a thing of the past and since we set the trend we wanted to provide our masqueraders with a full coloured shirt/tank and other amenities that were not provided last year such as shorts for the fellas and a feathered earpiece and boyshorts for the ladies.
9. How do I make my final payment?
To pay the remainder, go on the website log into your account on the top right of the page. Once you logged in, go to my account/ click on orders/ scroll down until you see your order number/ click on it/ once you click on it on the right hand side there should be a blue box that says Pay Remainder of the Balance. Click on it and the credit card payment method should pop up to pay the remainder of your package. The second option is to go to De Oil Shop and make a cash payment. Final deposit is due May 30th 2017.
10. What is the payment schedule and can I refund my order once paid?
50% deposit is required to hold your order. The remainder of the order must be paid by May 31st. If package is not paid in full by specified date Party People Entertainment has the right to sell your costume and keep your deposit. All payments are Non Refundable.
